dlang-libevent software package provides D version of the C headers for libevent, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install dlang-libevent
dlang-libevent is installed in your system.
Make ensure the dlang-libevent package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep dlang-libevent *
You will get with dlang-libevent package name, version, architecture and description in a table
